Don't you just love this time of year? This new season full of new growth, Spring blooms and warmer days. But along with the beauty comes the reality of tragic storms and tornadoes that have claimed the lives and homes of so many of our friends in the southern states. I can't even imagine the pain, the loss of life and the major clean up for hundreds.
My heart and prayers go out to those affected, in the hopes of better days ahead and God's love to give comfort and strength in the face of despair.

So sad to see the destruction that is going on with the tornado's in your Country. My thoughts and prayers are with the people effected. Stay safe and enjoy your week.

Celestina, you are so right about the storms this year! My daughter went into work this past Monday and spent the first half hour in the basement of her accounting firm. They had a tornado warning, sirens and all! If I had known that was going on with her I would have been terrified!!
A very happy May Day to you, Celestina. It's hard for me to actually believe that it's May...I'm still wearing fleece pajamas and using the flannel sheets. Seems like it will never warm up.
Oh, my heart is right there with you with regard to all the folks affected by the deadly storms. My husband has a cousin who lives in Tuscaloosa. I heard from her mom via Facebook, so I know they survived the storm, but I'm sure they incurred alot of damage.

Ohio gets some humdinger storms bordering tornadic sometimes hurricane force winds..always have that I can rmemeber. I think the Angel that oversees water, gave such a drought that he's trying to overcompensate now.

My prayers for all those people who suffered loss from the tornados. I cannot imagine such devastation.

Yep, it's still raining this week here. I think I saw the sun for a few moments today. Next week promises to be sunny and warm. So looking forward to getting outside in the warmth. It too will be warm enough before you know it here in New york. (Not much 100 degrees though)Whew.
